style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">为确保高、中考期间（高考：6月7-8日、中考：6月14-17日）广大考生有一个良好的学习、休息和考试环境，有效遏制噪声扰民行为，依据《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》和《安徽省环境保护条例》有关规定，现就加强高考、中考期间噪声污染监督管理有关事项公告如下：</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">一、加强环境噪声污染监督管理重点时段为：2023年6月4日至6月17日（以下简称两考期间），两考期间除抢修、抢险作业外，县区范围内的所有渣土运输、建筑施工、拆迁等现场，禁止夜间和午间进行产生噪声扰民的施工作业；禁止在市区噪声敏感建筑物集中区域内从事切割、敲打、锤击等产生严重噪声污染的生产经营活动。县住建部门在此期间不再审批夜间施工申请。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">二、两考期间禁止渣土车辆夜间上路行驶，县城市管理部门在此期间停止审批各类渣土运输车辆的运输作业。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">三、文化娱乐、体育、餐饮等场所的经营管理者应当采取有效措施，防止、减轻噪声污染。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">四、禁止在商业经营活动中使用高音广播喇叭或者采用其他持续反复发出高噪声的方法进行广告宣传；禁止在噪声敏感建筑物集中区域使用高音广播喇叭。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">五、使用家用电器、乐器或者进行其他家庭场所活动,应当控制音量或者采取其他有效措施,防止噪声污染。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">六、因特殊需要必须连续施工作业的，应当取得地方人民政府住房和城乡建设、生态环境主管部门或者地方人民政府指定的部门的证明，并在施工现场显著位置公示或者以其他方式公告附近居民。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">七、已设定禁止车辆鸣笛路段严禁鸣笛。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">八、高考、中考期间，各考点周边500米范围内，施工工地严禁施工，不得干扰考试。县公安部门在考点周边划定机动车辆禁行限行和禁鸣路段。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;"><br
