line-height: 2em; visibility: visible;"><br style="outline: 0px; visibility: visible;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px; visibility: visible;">《蚌埠市发展和改革委员会蚌埠市教育局关于蚌埠市义务教育阶段学科类校外培训费标准的通知》（蚌发改价管〔2021〕386号）试行一年来，社会反映平稳。为确保政策的连续性，经研究，我市义务教育阶段线下学科类校外培训收费标准等事项仍按蚌发改价管〔2021〕386号文有关规定继续执行，现就有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">一、执行范围</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">蚌埠市义务教育阶段线下学科类校外培训收费实行政府指导价管理。义务教育阶段学科类校外培训科目包括<strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">道德与法治、语文、历史、地理、数学、外语（包括英语、日语、俄语）、物理、化学和生物</span></strong>;对涉及以上学科国家课程标准规定的学习内容进行的校外培训，均列入学科类进行管理。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">二、收费标准</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">（三）普通高中阶段非营利性学科类校外培训收费的管理，参照上述标准执行。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">三、相关要求</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">（一）各相关培训机构应规范自身收费行为，不得以任何理由、任何方式提高或变相提高政府制定的指导价标准，不得在培训费外另行收取任何其他费用（包括培训资料费等）。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"></p><p style="outline: 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 17px;">（二）各相关培训机构应严格按照蚌发改价管〔2021〕386号文件等有关收费监管规定，通过网站、收费场所、线上应用程序、公开媒体等途径，将学科类校外培训内容、培训时长、收费标准、教师资质、监督举报电话等信息提前向社会公布,主动接受家长和社会的监督。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;
